Before submitting, please review the rules, release, and licensing terms below to ensure your entry meets the requirements. By participating, you agrees to the following rules, release and license.

Photo Submission RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Photograph Submissions:

Photographs must be uploaded and submitted in landscape/horizontal orientation in JPG, TIF, PNG, HEIC formats through the submission form on this page. Photos not submitted in the correct format on the submission form below will not be considered. NO GENERATIVE IMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Ownership:

All submissions must be guaranteed to be the original work of contestant. Submission of a third-party’s photo/material is strictly prohibited. User hereby agrees and guarantees that no submission of any work shall infringe upon the intellectual property rights and privacy rights of any third party.

Selection Process:

All submissions will be evaluated by Brehmer Mfg. staff and ownership. 
All decisions are final. Any submission deemed illegal/inappropriate shall be disqualified from use.

Copyright Release and License:

I give Brehmer Mfg., Inc., and all related entities, the right and permission to copyright and/or publish, reproduce or otherwise use my name, likeness and/or written material, photographs created by me for advertising, or any other lawful purpose without restriction.

I agree to relinquish all rights, title, and interest I may have in the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used from the content I provide to Brehmer Mfg., Inc. and waive all rights to payment or compensation for the same.

I guarantee that I am the sole owner of all right, title, and interest to the material provided to Brehmer Mfg., Inc. Further, I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Brehmer Mfg. and each of their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors, and assigns against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action.

This Copyright Release is indefinite and perpetual for as long as Brehmer Mfg., Inc. uses the same.
